31 year old Northern Irish male who's started running again after a 10 year or so hiatus. Moderately successful in teens between 800-5000m and XC (NI ACF Cross Country Junior Champion 1996, Senior Champion 1997, ran at UK finals at Lancaster Uni '96). Concentrating on trying to run for more than 30 mins without falling over and getting sub 8 min miles before anything else! Married to a gorgeous wife who's thinking of taking it up and 4 brilliant talented kids; basketball playing son and 3 football (soccer) playing daughters who are waaay better than their old man at that age!
